The Space
Modern one-bedroom apartment, fully renovated in a contemporary style and equipped to offer every comfort.
Located on the ground floor of our Residence Madamin, the apartment features a spacious open-plan living area with an open kitchen, equipped with an oven, four-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The space also includes a comfortable dining area and smart TV.
From the living room, a hallway leads to the bathroom, compact but functional, fitted with a shower, sink, WC, bidet, and personal care products.
Finally, the bedroom area features a double bed and a large traditional wooden wardrobe.
Guest Access
The apartment is on the ground floor of our Residence Madamin. Convenient access via a small gate from the street leads into a private inner courtyard from which you can access the apartment.
The apartment is easily accessible by car, for which a private outdoor parking space is available, as well as a large public car park about 50 meters away. If arriving by bus, the stop is just a 5-minute walk.
Additional Information
All our apartments are prepared with special attention to offer our guests the best possible welcome. Upon arrival, you will find bed and bath linens, a set of personal care products, and a welcome kit designed to make you feel at home.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout the premises.
