The Space
Bright one-bedroom apartment, fully renovated in a modern style and equipped for maximum comfort.
The entrance leads to a spacious open-plan living area with original parquet flooring, featuring an open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, four-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and kettle. A comfortable dining area and a living corner with sofa bed* and smart TV complete the space.
From the hallway, you can access the bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, WC, bidet, and personal care products, and the sleeping area, featuring a wooden accent wall, wrought iron double bed, and a large built-in wardrobe.
Guest Access
The apartment is located on the first floor of our Residence Madamin. A convenient gate from the street welcomes you into the inner courtyard, from which a staircase leads to the apartment.
The apartment is easily accessible by car, with both private uncovered parking and a large public parking lot just 50 meters away. If arriving by bus, the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.
Additional Information
All our apartments are carefully prepared to offer our guests the best possible welcome. Upon arrival, you will always find bed and bath linen, a set of personal care products, and a welcome kit designed to make you feel at home.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in all areas.
*The sofa bed can accommodate a maximum of 1 child up to 10 years old.
