The Space
Recently renovated two-room apartment with modern styling and independent access.
The entrance opens onto a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, 2-burner gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
From the kitchen, you access a spacious living room with a sofa bed* and smart TV, enhanced by the original parquet flooring that adds warmth and character to the space.
On the opposite side of the entrance, you’ll find the bathroom, also renovated, complete with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and personal care products.
Finally, the sleeping area consists of a compact double bedroom with an wrought iron bed and shabby chic style wooden wardrobe.
Guest Access
The apartment is located on the ground floor of our Residence Madamin with independent access.
The “apartment is easily accessible by car, with private parking available (uncovered) as well as a large public parking lot just 50 meters away. If arriving by bus, the stop is a 5-minute walk away.”
Additional Information
All our apartments are prepared with special attention to offer our guests the best possible welcome. Upon arrival, you will find bed and bath linens, a set of personal care products, and a welcome kit designed to make you feel at home.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout the premises.
*The sofa bed can accommodate a maximum of 1 adult or two children up to 16 years of age.
