The space
An elegant and spacious apartment, tastefully furnished and equipped, distinguished by its refined décor and carefully curated interiors.
The living area, large and bright, features a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, and original parquet flooring.
The independent and fully equipped kitchen includes a fan oven, four-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. Direct access to the balcony makes the space feel airy.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, and washing machine, as well as a handy storage room.
Completing the apartment is a spacious double bedroom furnished with a wrought iron bed and a three-door wardrobe.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the first floor of our Residence Madamin.
A convenient entrance gate from the street welcomes you into our private inner courtyard, from which a flight of stairs leads up to the apartment.
The apartment is easily accessible by car, with a private, uncovered parking space available, as well as a large public car park just 50 metres away. If you are arriving by bus, the stop is only a 5-minute walk away.
Additional information
All our apartments are prepared with great care to offer our guests the best possible welcome. Upon arrival, you will always find bed and bath linen, a set of personal care products, and a welcome kit designed to make you feel at home.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited in all areas.
*The sofa bed can accommodate a maximum of 1 adult or two children up to 18 years of age.
